SabaOrientalRugs.Com stands behind every product that we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges, whichever you prefer.
To return rugs, follow these simple steps:
Rugs must be returned in their original condition received by you. We will not be able to accept rugs that have been damaged after they have been received by you.
When you contact us- all information will be taken and a Refund Authorization will be sent to you via email with return information. Repackage the rug in its original packaging or equivalent.
Please follow the return information sent to you in the e-mail.
Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it’s packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 30 days.
BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.
